About The Project
Pixel BIM was engaged by Orion Construction to support early-stage coordination efforts on a significant multi-level industrial development in Surrey, British Columbia.
Our scope involved producing a detailed coordination report that compared architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings to identify discrepancies prior to IFC release. By overlaying key plan views and elevations, we surfaced multiple coordination mismatches – such as conflicting door openings, wall placements, and mechanical alignment issues – that, if unresolved, could lead to construction delays or rework.
Through our overlay-based coordination method, we were able to:
