Chelsea’s modeling and renderings were instrumental in pushing this project to completion. She developed alternative floor plans and visual assets that helped the client explore income-generating options. Her work also supported pre-sales efforts, unlocking crucial funding to move the project forward.

UBC School of Biomedical Engineering
