Free Constructability Report
No models? No problem.
I will find 5 coordination or constructability issues in your drawings – completely FREE!
As a bonus, if I don’t find 5 issues in your drawing set, I’ll send your office two dozen donuts.
Our Great Clients
Catch Costly Coordination Errors Before They Hit Site
On a recent project, we found 42 coordination issues before construction started.
Examples we flag:
Different slabs between drawings → rework delay
Sprinkler running through beams → change order
No clearance for your HVAC → RFI backlogs

Here’s Exactly What You Will Get
Actionable PDF report: A clean, prioritized packet that pinpoints real constructability risks across your drawing sets. Each item with a screenshot/markup, sheet + detail reference, grid/level, and a plain-English description of the issue.
Discipline overlays. Colour-coded plan/section overlays (Arch/Struct/MEP/FP/Civil as provided) to expose misalignments, missing clearances, and sequencing conflicts without needing 3D.
Noise filtered. We ignore “paper cuts” and duplicates; what you get are the items that would actually burn time or budget.
The slabs between the architectural and structural drawings were completely different from each other.
Locations, dimensions, and depth differed between the drawing sets – the example on the right showing just one location we found this.
This had downstream effects, also impacting the plumbing design and excavation.
This was an extremely important catch, as the structural was not dimensioned for depth, however the architectural was.
If the concrete had been poured as per the structural, which is typical, the entire slab would have to be demolished, additional excavation done, and plumbing design redone for the new depth.
All of this would have cost the project tens of thousands of dollars and weeks in delays.

Who It’s For
✅ You’re working off PDF drawings
✅ You’re in preconstruction
✅ You want to improve coordination without full BIM yet
✅ You want to test BIM on a low-risk sample
What We Found On A Recent Project
One of our clients was planning a small city project, just 1,100 sq ft. In our coordination report, we found 13 coordination issues, 13 virtual construction issues, and 16 clashes.
Several would have triggered RFIs, redesign, and field delays. This helped them avoid tens of thousands in costs and weeks of back-and-forth before a shovel hit the ground.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. One priority clash report per project is 100% free.
No credit card. No obligation.
It’s our way of showing you how focused clash detection removes headaches before they hit site.
What exactly will I receive?
A concise PDF that includes:
-
Top 5 clashes, ranked by cost/schedule risk
-
Annotated screenshots with grid/level, drawing set, and colour-coded overlays
-
A short written summary explaining impact and suggested next steps
-
Optionally, we can walk you through the findings on a quick call.
How fast is the turnaround?
Within 72 hours from when we receive your files and basic project info. If the models are unusually large or complex, we’ll confirm timing up front.
How do you rank “priority” clashes?
We filter out noise and focus on constructability impact using factors like:
- Rework cost and likelihood
- Schedule/sequence risk and access constraints
- Safety/code/clearance issues
- Location criticality (e.g., risers, shafts, tight ceilings)
We’ll also tailor the ranking based on your stated priorities.
