About The Project
Pixel BIM provided coordination support for Scott Construction on the Riverside project and where we produced a comprehensive coordination report.
The report included 26 high priority issues including things like misaligned housekeeping pads between the architectural and structural drawings – pictured below.
The coordination reports compare all disciplines against each other to identify discrepancies. Some of the issues we reported included:
- Missing penetrations and louvers
- Unaligned columns between architectural and structural
- Discrepancy between the location of gridlines on architectural and structural
- Missing electrical fixtures
- Plumbing stacks through an amenity area – not in or along a wall
